The time has come to introduce you to my first official music video from the album
"Souviens-Toi"(french version Remember). It was really a nice experience to be on set with Great Things Studios and the amazing team behind me that day! A long day but it went well despite some bumps in the road and technical problems. I had the pleasure of working with a great choreographer from Montreal, Doina Cocco. I took some dance lessons with her to choreograph my Gypsy moment as well as the two beautiful dancers with me, Celine and Alexandria. We definitely had some good laughs together!
I am always up for a challenge and I want to take my place here in Quebec as a Francophone artist even if my music is quite pop. We are entering a new generation of music and I think it is time to encourage diversification.

I was getting anxious but I've got NEWS! The official date for the music video releases will be
October 13th! Finally! Now, I can't wait to move on to the next one! I know I keep saying it but the album is almost done! We are aiming to put it out in March 2014 :) Slowly but surely... Things are moving along smooth and we're trying real hard to get the song on Radio! So request "Remember" or "Souviens-Toi" at your local stations if you wanna push for something new! (If by any chance, there are any music programmers reading this! Would you give the chance to someone new! You guys play the same songs over and over.)
This journey is really taking me up and down on a roller coaster ride but I don't wanna let you guys down and I refuse to let myself down. It's hard when you're an independent artist and you don't have those big labels backing you up but I'm ok with working hard and I'm thankful to have a great team and amazing people surrounding me. It might not be easy but everything is possible when you believe... I'm a dreamer and if you're a dreamer, you should never let anyone tell you what you can or can't do.
Live your life the way you choose and do the things that make you happy cause you will never wanna wake up one day with the regrets or the "what ifs".
I am probably not a very good motivational speaker and I'm not trying to lecture anyone but I think it's beautiful for people to have a passion and it doesn't have to be music! No matter what it is, whether it's sports, painting, cooking or animals... If it brings you peace and it makes you smile...Don't take it for granted! Share it with the world! I'm gonna stop now because i'm a big cheese ball but you got the point. :P
I'm counting on my fans to continue supporting me in every way that you can.

Last saturday, I got the chance to dress up as a superhero!!! :) A Vampirella Matrix style kinda Catwoman...It felt just like Halloween! All was very tight as you can see in some pics below.The purpose of this videoshoot----> Mich2050 music label is creating a short promo film to introduce it's artists and the brand with a cool concept. Filming this turned out to be a pretty good learning experience by testing my acting skills. I've been pretty rusty so it was good to brush up on some basics. It wasn't as easy as it looks to be a superhero! It really makes you wonder how much effort is put into those million dollar budget movies! My walk was pretty terrible and everyone kept telling me to look mean! I guess I'm just so used to being Dolce that it was a little hard to shake off my cutesy little ways. What a workout though... my legs we're killing me the next day! This girl has got to werk it! I've been pretty out of it and stressed of course. My over thinking and not sleeping at night has really been catching up to my immune system. I've got stay strong and healthy cause I've got two important shows coming up for 2 amazing causes! Everything takes so much time and patience! We're still waiting on the final two cuts of the "Remember"and "Souviens-Toi" music videos which should be coming really soon, this October!

Today was a fun day for me! I got to to do some test shots for a new line of equestrian pants called Wild Johnny. Unfortunately the sample model was one size too big... We must reschedule the shoot. On the bright side, we still got to take some cool pics. Vinjenz Photography took some lovely photos of me. And here are the first ones I received later tonight. I'm still waiting on more of them.
As for the rest of my week, I have been working hard in studio finishing the album! We're now recording track 8-
Our Love Is In Danger. I missed recording! Felt so good to be one on one with the mic. Now, I'm getting back into the groove of things. We're also working on a song I wrote about an ex-lover of mine... I will not reveal his name but I hope when he hears the album, he knows it's about him. :p The little baby in me. Anyways, I think this song is really relatable. It's called Wicked Games! Do you know what you are to me? You're just a reminder of how people change... Things are not like they used to be You pulled a 360. Could we ever be the same?

I am so proud to be a part of this year's 20th edition of Montreal's Italian week!
Sharing the stage with my girl group Dolceamare in NDG and Lasalle was so much fun! You don't
want to miss our next performance in Little Italy August 16th at 6:30 pm with a very special guest, David Marino. Lady A and I, will be representing DA since the girl's are on vacation and busy with exams. Nonetheless, it will still be a a great show! I will be performing "Mr Rythym 'n' Blues" from my EP "Remember". :) There will also be a great local group VU and Mistresse Barbara later on in the evening. Come join the fun, eat a panini and learn about the Italian culture!
I will also be singing in Little Italy on sunday at 6:30 pm at "Musica E", a show promoting new artists on the rise including special guest, Isaac Basal.
In the meanwhile, I got the first draft of the my music video "Remember" and I can't wait to see the final product! I am getting so impatient... I wanna hear my song on the radio!

I just got back into the groove of things. I haven't stopped since I came back from Toronto. It's been hectic! Photoshoot Today! I just could Not wake up this morning...Two weeks ago, we filmed the last scene for the music videos.There's gonna be two versions, the English and French( I'm so lucky). Here's a little preview of what we shot. It was pretty sexy and I had a great time shooting with the guys from "Great Things Studios".
I also got a chance to write 2 new songs for the second part of the album. "Our Love is in danger" and "Wicked Game" are my latest babies and I just heard the final cut of "Infatuation". I'm lovin' the latin vibe!
I need your help! I really wanna hear "Remember"and "Souviens-Toi" on the radio!

Hey Sweethearts! We had an amazing time at Sharpsphere Music Fest! There were some great performances and DJs in the place. I hope to see you all there at the next one! After the show we went and grab some pizza and beer at Paparazzi lounge and headed straight to bed cause I left for a week escape to Toronto.
I'm writing this blog on the Via Train on my way back to Montreal. Thank god for wifi cause it would be a very long 5 hours without it. Anyways, I'll just sum up my week at Wasaga Beach for y'all.
It was awesome! I slept in a tent, ate like a queen, went for my first time Go Karting, went for a scooter ride, chilled with some friends by the campfire eating smokes and drinking beers (typical stuff). I'm pretty home sick now.... I miss my family, my cats Myla and Tiger and my friends. I even had a late night skype session with my Dolceamare sister, Lady A in the tent.
I am now super relaxed and inspired. I found time to do what I love, write some songs cause I have some great new collabs coming up with some talented ppl, Daniel Dex, Turner Stevensson, Mista K Crain, DJ MGN and another single with Lady A.
I am still working on part 2 of my Ep Remember and tuesday night we're filming the last scene
for the music video. The French version is coming as well!

I've got some obvious good news...The REMEMBER EP is now available on iTunes!!!
So if you haven't done it yet... Download and discover a new side to me. For those of you who do not know... I am also a songwriter and I co-wrote all 5 songs on the album. We've all been working really hard and I wanna hear this song on the radio! I'm really proud of this project with the Mich2050 Music Label and I'm really grateful that they took me on as an artist because I'm learning so much and they're pushing me to become a DIVA (the positive kind).
We just filmed the music video for the first single off the EP called REMEMBER on last thursday.
I'm currently in and out of studio completing the 2nd part of the album. I just recorded ALL AROUND THE WORLD which has that exotic carnival feel and INFATUATION, my first latin vibe reggaeton. It's just amazing to have the opportunity to do what I love most. I can't wait to be on stage performing these songs.

It's been a while but with good reason! I've been super busy working on the 2nd part of the EP album with Mich2050. Last thursday, we filmed the music video for the first single off the album "Remember"
with Great Things Studios. I couldn't sleep the night before cause I was so anxious to just do it!
We arrived at 7am and we filmed in Montreal at a cozy dance studio on Mont Royal. It was crazy! The set was really pretty and romantic, lots of red and white satin sheets. Although I get to be in the spotlight, I will never forget that there is a great team behind this video. I consulted with Fashioneri for the styling and Strega was the MUA for the whole 12hrs
as well as Fashioneri's eyes for the day since he couldn't be present. I just LOVE HER! Dancers we're awesome, beautiful and patient as well as the amazing and creative choreographer of the video, Doina Cocco. She was extremely patient with me from start to end. We shared some good laughs during dance rehearsals. It was more like her laughing at me. I still wish we had bloopers! Nothing would have been possible without my best buddy Frank who assisted me with everything and the Mich2050 team who took care of setup and made sure all was going smooth. Even my mom came for support that morning. <3
As much as we tried our best to be on schedule, we had some technical difficulties that set us back. We ran into more than just a few hiccups. The male model incident was one of many. The guy who was supposed to be my boyfriend in the video cancelled last minute... but that's just SHOW BUSINESS for ya! Thank god for a good friend of mine who called in a replacement the same morning. This guy was good! ( you can check him out in the video above) Let me tell you! It was very awkward filming these kind of racy love scenes in front of the whole crew including some friends of mine but I didn't want it to show. I think I kept my cool... The male model was confident and it made me feel comfortable that he wasn't shy. In the end, we ran out of time so we had to cut a scene and we couldn't film the French version of the video either. However, we managed to set another date for the French video so all is under control :) It's going down July 9th and I can't wait! The videographers are awesome guys, they're funny and give good direction. I just can't wait to see the final result!
I just wanted to give everybody a glimpse of how the shoot went. It was interesting, stressful, messy ( I left the set with tons of gold sparkles all over me! Some of them still haven't washed off yet.) and so much fun. I'm not gonna lie... I love getting all glammed up and being the princess of the day. I definitely love what I'm doing and I'm thankful for my fans, family and friends. The ones who believe in me, surround me and that support me and my music! I'm too blessed to ever complain.

It's been a while I haven't posted anything up on my blog not only because I took a little break but
also because I am terrible with computers and thought I had posted something this January when I
really just saved it as a draft. Anyways! Big things happening this year! Teamed up with MICH2050
an expanding record label here in Montreal. We already put down four tracks, we're just missing two more to release the EP which should be happening by the end of this month!
Music is all about Inspiration , passion and emotion. Music takes me up and down but most often to a happy place. It is my first Love and it will be my last.
MICH2050 gives me the freedom to be myself when writing and to not hold back when I'm recording in studio. I've once again discovered a new side to myself while creating music with different people. Everytime I walk in, my producer's got a huge smile on his face and it just makes everything ok no matter what kind of a day I had. I get the chance to feed off the positive energy and SING. They support me, encourage and Inspire me to be a better musician!

It's a new beginning for the Dolce project 2013 and I'm so happy to be back in the groove :)
Just came back from a photoshoot with Mich2050 studios... Lucky to have my buddy Frank and
my daddy come along to assist with wardrobe and accessories!(daddy's girl for life<3) To be honest, I always get a little stressed when I gotta do these things but when I'm there I always end up having a god time. I saw a few shots and I think theres alot of nice pics in the bunch. Friday I'll be recording a new song : Mr Rhythm and Blues. Sadly, I couldn't do much since christmas time... I got a bad cough and flu that I'm having quite some trouble to get rid of but if it doesn't get better soon , I'll be headed to the Doctors office.Yesterday i was working on this new acoustic track called ''Nothing To You'' ... obviously a breakup song. I love pop and dance but it's nice to explore my feelings writing lyrics and playing a few chords on the piano.I showed the song to Frank and it clicked... I can't wait to put some vocals on it! Anyways, here are a few pics he took today..I'll be posting some more soon!
