I just bought a camera (link below) to film some YouTube videos and covers. I'm fairly new at using it and I don't have the proper lighting yet but I'm having quite a bit of fun recording. My Malibu cover by Miley Cyrus was filmed in the dark and it's pretty obvious to see but I really love this melody and Miley's new sound. I had to do so many takes cause there are so many lyrics that I just kept forgetting.😜 I finally decided to just post it anyway, despite the darkness and the huge headphones on my head which leads to the equipment I used to record. I bought the Scarlett Focusrite bundle which works pretty well. I love recording live. I still gotta adjust the sound right but hopefully I'll get it soon. After watching what I filmed, I realized I looked ridiculous with those headphones🤣and that I will eventually re-record it . I'm looking for alternatives if you guys have any good recording suggestions or tips. Here is the vid if you haven't heard my version yet. I hope you enjoy!
